5 Ways to De-Stress During Stressful Times

  1. Lay on the floor with your arms and legs spread out, breath in and out for 5 minutes with no sound and no screens on around you, and close your eyes
  2. Walk outside for 20+ minutes with your dog or by yourself
  3. Devote a time to yourself daily (e.g. reading, getting ready for bed — brushing and flossing teeth, spending extra time showering/bathing — etc.)
