I Don’t Want To Manage Real Estate

But real estate is the best way to build wealth

My biggest fear is having a tenant destroy the house or be late on their rent payments.

Yes, some companies can manage all of that for you — with a cut, of course — but then that means less income for me. I think I deserve to be a little bit greedy with a property I own, right?
